A Live Cello Performance by President Crutcher

President Ronald A. Crutcher, a classically trained cellist, performed a cello concert from his campus home April 17, 2020.

Dr. Crutcher performed two pieces: the first movement of Henry Eccles’ Sonata in G minor and “The Swan,” which comes from “The Carnival of the Animals” by the French Romantic composer Charles-Camille Saint-Saëns.

Due to technical difficulties, the live recording of Dr. Crutcher's performance was interrupted and the audio was affected. The performance was also recorded directly to camera and is available here. We apologize for the error and hope you will enjoy the video.
